Roundtrip
Edit data, moved between suites · Nothing leaves this browser

Drop a file.
Take it elsewhere.

Roundtrip reads what an edit suite wrote — a timeline, a project, a caption file, a bin log — and writes it back out in the shape the next suite expects. It runs entirely in the browser. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is kept.

What it reads
01Timelines
.fcpxml · .xml (xmeml) · .edl · .otioRead and rewritten in full — clips, source timecode, record timecode.
02Projects
.prprojPremiere's own project, opened directly. Resolve, Vegas and After Effects keep theirs closed.
03Captions
.srt · .vtt · .ass · .ssa · .sbv · .itt · .ttmlCues, timing and line breaks kept; styling is not carried across.
04Logs
.aleNames, tape and timecode, laid out in logged order.

Anything else is identified and named — a project Roundtrip can't open, a piece of footage, a still — and then left alone. A format that publishes no schema doesn't get a guessed one.
